| E. REGISTRATION IMPORTANT NOTES |
- FULL PAYMENT for the Fashion Summit (HK) 2021 must be made in order to confirm your registration. All payments must reach the Event Secretariat c/o ConferencePro Limited
. at the time of registration. All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for payment must be paid by participants.
- Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is confirmed. The Organisers reserve the right to change the venue, date, programme, speakers etc. without prior notice.
- The personal data collected on this website will only be used by (1) Clothing Industry Training Authority, (2) Office of the Hon Felix CHUNG Kwok-pan, Member of the Legislative Council, (3) The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel, (4) WWF-HK, (5) Redress and (6) Sustainable Fashion Business Consortium to process your application to Fashion Summit (HK) 2021, conference related communications, and for strict internal reporting purposes.

| G. REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY |
|
For cancellation, please notify the Conference Secretariat: fashionsummit@conferenceprohk.com, and please identify the name(s) of the participant(s) and the cancellation item(s). An administration fee of 50% of the paid registration fee will apply. Refunds will only be made after the completion of the Symposium. No refund will be entertained for cancellation requests received by the Conference Secretariat on or after 30 September, 2017.

| I. HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY |
- Above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and government tax.
- To secure your hotel reservation, full payment will be charged to your credit card once completed the reservation.
- Amendment on shorten or add of room nights must be made via email (fashionsummit@connexustravel.com) to Event Secretariat by 31 July 2019.
- No show is considered as cancellation according to the hotels' cancellation policy, and all payments made will be forfeited.
- All unused room nights are non-refundable after check-in.
- Penalty equivalent to 1 night per room would be applied for any cancellation made on or before 31 July 2019 and 3.5% bank charge will be charged.
- Full cancellation penalty would be applied to cancellations made after 31 July 2019.
